I invite you to gather 'round the virtual fire,
in council with a small group of your peers
to be part of this inspiring community.

This Mastermind Community for Change-Makers will give you the support, leadership skills and accountability to follow through on your most precious visions, goals and priorities. hen you join this weekly community, you will become more effective at:

clarifying what you care about most
creating manageable, focused and inspired action plans
finding your center, so you can follow through very day!

 How It Works

Watch this two-minute video to learn about our simple four-step Council Practicedesigned to build focus, momentum and follow through.  Our councils are:

  • 70-minutes (same time each week)
  • Video Conference using Zoom Technology
  • Peer-to-Peer with like-minded colleagues engaged in inspiring initiatives, which we engage in every week, during our 70-minute
  • Small group meetings where you grow to love your fellow ChangeMakers
I recommend the Mastermind Circle to all who seek change. Sitting, listening and participating with Lev and the others once a week has helped me develop a greater sense of awareness around what I want to accomplish in the near future. The small and big steps I’ve taken from exercises presented by Lev have allowed me to open new doors of perception in which I’ve gained access to spaciousness and clear channeling of my goals! What a truly inspirational journey this has been, and also a beautiful community building excercise. I find it very enlivening when I listen to the voices of the others in the group and their expressions. We have cultivated a clear white light energy in our circle and I am looking forward to staying a part of it. Thank you Lev!

STEP ONE: Centering with Sound & Intention:

We begin our conference calls with a centering practice using the peaceful melodies of the Native American flute, guided visualization, intention-setting and group toning to cultivate focus, heart coherence and team unity.  Watch the 90-second video to the left to learn more about the importance of Centering with Sound & Intention.

STEP TWO: Gratitude

Watch this short video about the five core reasons
why we share our gratitude, after centering with sound and intention.

I’m a long-time healing arts practitioner, and I joined Lev’s group to help me find more focus for the steps I’m wanting to take to bring my work into alignment with my deepest vision for our world and my place in it, and to find more clarity for how to communicate that vision to broader audiences.

I’ve known Lev Natan for years; he is a terrific facilitator of group process, artfully weaving streams of seeing and being from many wisdom streams in a way that supports each participant in sensing into what matters most to them, and seeing more clearly what steps they can take to bring that into being. The calls with this spring cycle Mastermind Circle have become a center-point of my week, supporting the growing seeds of what I’m wanting to give birth to for this next stage of my life and work.   — Stuart Garber | www.fullspectrumtouch.com

Watch this three-minute video about why, after we share our gratitude, we give voice to our vision.  What do you want to create in your life, work and world?  Who do you want to become?  And, what is the world that you want to be creating, for yourself, your web-of-relations, and future generations?  Why is your vision important to you?  Why do you care?

Watch this short video about defining and following through with clear and powerful action steps....once we create a foundation of creative imagination through Centering with Sound & Intention, Gratitude & Vision, we are ready to define clear action steps.

  • Goals: What are your most precious goals in the next 6 months? Goals need to be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-Bound
  • Reflection: What action did I take this past week in service to my goals, and what did I learn by taking that action?
  • Priorities: What is the most important action for me to take in the coming week?
  • Scheduling: What is my plan to follow through?  What is my commitment?
  • Inspiration:  What inspired me from the circle today and how will I bring this inspiration into the coming week?

Our Monthly Community Gathering

The first week of every month our whole community meets together for a special session.  All 18 members of the Mastermind Community come together to network, collaborate and cross-pollinate.  In this session we:

  1. Create an Intentional Field of Resonance & Coherence Among the Group
  2. Engage in partner-sharing (using the Maestro Conference Technology)
  3. Focus on particular themes for the month (see below for topics)

The focus of the Mastermind Community is to create a "community-of-practice,"  similar to a yoga studio, martial arts dojo, music school or center for spirituality.  Cultivating your leadership is a work of art that is unique to each person, and can not happen in isolation.  So, the Mastermind Community is a place for you to grow, receive, learn and contribute your gifts to this network of people who care deeply about our world.  The intention is that you build life-long friends and colleagues with whom you collaborate and co-create.  As the community grows, we will gather in live, in-person bioregional retreats on a seasonal basis, to immerse more deeply in these practices, honor and celebrate the cycles of life and further develop these councils which are cultivating a line of sight on a viable future.

I joined the Mastermind Circle to help organize myself in a new chapter of life and to help create healthy patterns of follow through and accountability. Having the circle every week has helped me stay focused, connected, and inspired as I move into a new living and working environment. I see myself moving through the world in a much more solid and centered way and feel that I show up in my life with so much more presence now. I highly recommend the Mastermind Community to anyone who could use a powerful (yet gentle) kick in the butt in bringing out their full potential. It is motivation, support, community, and healing at its best.
